Hi

Just a quick question how long does everyone spend prepping their shoes.

I spend about an hour a shoe rubbing with acetone.

I just want to make sure im not under prepping them

That should be fine, the thing to consider is pressure also, you dont have to go super hard but you need to apply a decent amount of pressure to make sure its actually doing something. Takes me about an hour to do a pair

What sort of gloves do you wear? I wear yellow rubber gloves that u normaly use for washing up, my mate doesnt use any gloves at all, i tell him its not good for you. Do you know how bad it is for your skin so I can tell him?

I have no proof other than information I have read online but it is not good for you at all. I also use those gloves they are better than the thin white gloves they dont really do much.
