How do you make a sneakers sole glow in the dark ? Help is greatly appreciated!

I personally don't know but Mache and Emmanuelabor and a number of other guys do it, hit them up and maybe post back here to let us know! Pretty sure you can only do it with gum rubber/icy soles just an fyi!
