Did you have to go white with these first? The colors are vibrant so they couldn't be directly on black, right?

Thanks for the comments guys. Sekure i actually had a lot of the color i used already mixed except the green, the green took me a couple tries to get the right shade. I def wasnt a fan of doing the black line work lol it was a pain especially because i havent painted lines like that in a long time. I am starting to paint a bit more now cause i dont want to loose the skill. I am planning to do a weatherman air max 90 for myself since i dont really wear lebrons or kobe kicks.
Lasane yea i put down 2 base coats of bone instead of white. And it took a lot of thin layers of orange, red, and ice yellow to get them solid.

Kudos on the line work man! It's gotta be one of the first things I look for. Second, great use of custom color. I really like this idea, and honestly wish I was a bigger fan of the base shoe so I could like the release even more. (thats just me though) Looking forward to seeing the Air Max 90 version!
